However, as I grew older, my perspective shifted. I aimed to address more meaningful themes such as domestic abuse, mental illness, and queer identity. So, I delved back into the realm of fantasy to tell stories that intricately explore these complex issues from a unique vantage point.

Despite my inclination towards darker themes, my fervor for romance never wavered. I firmly believe in the strong connection between hope and love, a bond that radiates through my characters and their journeys.
